Processing and shipping:

Most pieces are made to order items and require at least three weeks to be made. Mystery Boxes require 4 weeks to process due to their containing multiple pieces.

If your order contains multiple items, it may require an extra week, though I do try to get the orders out within the three week period or if it's a Mystery Box, the four week period.


Each item is made by hand and is not already made ready to ship unless it is a One Hit Wonder.

Please note that sometimes delays do occur  because I travel often for business to work at conventions all over the country - if you have a question about the status of your order, please use my Contact Form to ask for an update - social media is not the proper forum for these questions.

If you need an item faster than the standard processing time, you can have the order expedited by purchasing an expedition option of $5.50 which will allow me to process your item in your desired timeframe.

Exchanges and refunds

I don’t provide refunds, only exchanges for equal or above value, for which the buyer is responsible for paying the difference as long as:

  • I am contacted within 7 days of delivery

  • The exchanged item is returned to me in pristine condition within 14 days of delivery

  • If the exchange is for something of lesser value, the difference will be refunded but not to exceed $5

The following items can't be exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders, including but not limited to existing designs that have been requested to be customized including the design itself, the materials used including chains, cords, charms, etc.

  • Items on sale

  • Fundraiser items

Custom orders

  • I welcome custom order requests via the custom order request form

  • All custom orders must be paid in full before I begin creating your design 

  • I cannot replicate another artist’s work including but not limited to designs, likenesses and symbols created by another entity.

  • If you are requesting to make changes to one of my designs, for example, using materials not initially used in my design, it requires a $10 customization fee.  This fee covers time and expenses incurred obtaining materials I don't normally have on hand so that I may customize your piece to your specifications.


I don’t accept order cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me using the contact form in the shop - DMs, FB messages, etc, are not the appropriate forum and I can't guarantee that your item will be handled timely if you use social media to discuss issues.

Customs charges, Import taxes, customs delays, and Post Office Delays

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply

  • I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.I’m not responsible for delays due to Post Office issues

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
